Orderding

Orders must be place at least a week in advance. (Please know that the order will be dependent on availability)

Orders can be place without a theme, deposit can be paid to save the date and theme can be updated at a later date.

Order inquiries are answered within 24 hours. (48hrs on weekends)

We will no longer be accepting orders through DM's or messenger. All orders will go through our website, to ensure that the ordering process is easier for all parties involved.

Payment:

We require a $20 dollar deposit that goes towards your order and will save the date of your event.

Deposit must be made within 48 hours to reserve your date, if not it might be given to someone else.

Full payment will be due a week prior to the pick up date. (You will receive reminder emails) 

If order is placed a week prior to the event it must be paid in full.

Square and PayPal are the only 2 payment methods accepted at this time.

Cancelations:

Deposit will be refundable as long as order is cancelled 2 weeks prior to pick up.

Once order is started it will not be refundable.

Cookies that are not picked up will not be refunded.

Saturdays: 9AM-2PM
