Please review these details before placing your order. They help us keep every order organized, clear, and on schedule.

Ordering

  • Orders must be placed at least one week in advance.
  • Please note that all orders depend on availability.
  • Orders may be placed without choosing a theme yet.
  • The $20 deposit can be paid to reserve the date, and the theme can be updated later.
  • Order inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
  • Order inquiries submitted on weekends may take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
  • Treats by Bec no longer accepts orders through direct messages or Messenger.
  • All orders must go through the website so the ordering process is easier and more organized for everyone.

Payment

  • A $20 deposit is required to reserve the date of the event.
  • The $20 deposit goes toward the total cost of the order.
  • The deposit must be paid within 48 hours to reserve the date.
  • If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the date may be given to another customer.
  • The remaining balance is due one week before pickup.
  • Customers will receive reminder emails regarding their remaining balance.
  • If an order is placed only one week before the event, the order must be paid in full.
  • Square and PayPal are currently the only accepted payment methods.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • The deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled at least two weeks before pickup.
  • Once work on the order has started, the order is non-refundable.
  • Orders that are not picked up are non-refundable.

The sooner, the better! We get booked up quickly, but 2–3 weeks in advance should usually be enough time.

We accept a limited number of orders per week. Sometimes additional orders may be accepted for an extra charge. Please submit an Order Inquiry form to confirm availability.

All orders come in heat-sealed bags, helping the cookies stay fresh longer. Cookies usually last up to 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, due to Texas laws, we are not currently able to ship orders.

  • Vanilla Sugar Cookie
  • Lemon: $2 extra per dozen
  • Chocolate: $3 extra per dozen

Full payment is due one week before pickup.

We offer two pickup locations: Deer Park and League City.
